Complaint Process

If you feel your treatment has not been to the standard you were expecting, please notify us within three days of your appointment via email  You may be asked to provide photographic evidence for our records. 

  You will then be offered an appointment to rectify any issue(s) you may have. 

 We do not offer refunds/discounts.

Nail lifting/breaking within the first week will be repaired free of charge, any nails repairs after one week are chargeable.

Lasting results for any treatments carried out depend on clients homecare,  please ensure you fully understand and follow the aftercare advice given at the time of your treatment and our aftercare information sent to your email address we have on record. 

We will not take responsibility for any treatments done by another beauty professional.
